What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas! But this CPC columnist couldnt help but bring back all of the juicy details from the Sin City college party scene.
During the week the Las Vegas strip is packed with buzzed old fogies, but on Tuesday night there is one spot which the hottest 18-24 year old crowd hangs and experiences the most elite nightlife in the city. Pure Nightclub at Ceasars Palace, named the nations hippest by E! Entertainment Television, was nothing short of spectacular. This 12 million dollar mega-club has the ambiance of a private lounge, with the attendance of any mega-spot in Miami or New York. In house D.J AM kept the party bumping all night mixing trance with hip-hop, rock, and latin medleys. At 3 in the morning Jamie Foxx made an unexpected live appearance and performed jams such as "Unpredictable" and "Gold Digger" in the main room. Pure is only open Tuesday, & Friday-Sunday.

Summer school can be a very boring semester if you let it, but count on CPC to show you how to make the most out of your 13 weeks.
Remember just because there are less parties going on doesn’t mean that the parties aren’t good. Many times, summer house parties are better. This is due to the fact that the decrease in parties means many people end up at the same ones. The effect is that the parties are bigger and easier to find. There are also plenty of daytime pool parties at local apartment complexes on weekends throughout the summer months.
If you are going to go to a club or bar, go on the big nights. Unlike the normal school year most people don’t frequent a variety of clubs on different nights. Instead they only go to the hottest club on their best night.
