Since opening, Uber has placed over 35% of its male and female models. Recently, Uber has expanded into the competitive market of Los Angeles, participating in L.A. Fashion Week and working with clients such as designers Louis Verdad, Ubi Jeans, and Abercrombie & Fitch; as well as television spots on MTV, E! Entertainment and CBS. This year Uber was also named the hottest new agency in L.A. by "Next in Fashion."
Uber takes great pride in discovering hidden talent; thus Scott Whitfield, Uber's CEO and Owner, will be flying from L.A. to host a one time special event occurring at Elements during their "Power Hour" and finishing at 1am. The spotlight event will be in conjunction with The Speed Magazine, and will include a free photo shoot for participates. Those selected will have the opportunity to be flown to L.A. this summer, to work directly with Uber Models.

Last Wednesday several of Tallahassee's most gorgeous women competed in the Baja's 2006 Bikini Contest. The night started off as any usual Baja's evening, with dozens of local beautiful people mingling and sipping the best cocktails. When the clock struck midnight the contest began and the scene changed entirely. As the group of talented ladies took off their clothing little by little, jaw dropping reactions were seen from the audience as well as the judges. Several of the participants were disqualified for getting a bit too wild during their strut on the stage. Congrats to winner Crystal and thanks to everyone who came out.
Thanks to Will Wilson over at Baja's for his coordination and efforts in organizing the contest.

I’m sure most our readers were at the very sexy Baja’s Binki Contest on Wednesday, but for those of you who weren’t, you might have seen me at Floyd’s Music Store checking out an amazing concert.
Louisiana rock-group Mute Math was back in Tallahassee after a 4-month absence to promote their highly anticipated, self-titled debut album. On this last leg of the tour, Charleston, SC rockers, The Working Title, joined Mute Math as the band’s opening act. Minutes before the show, Joel, Ross, Chris and Adam sat down with me to talk about the tour, their music and their future plan for the up-and-coming musical act.
